A: Simply freeze it, place over booster, convertible or regular car seat and store it while driving.

Q: When do I use Cold Seat™?
A: When you are out running errands, shopping, or when you are in and out of your vehicle, and have to take the children out — exposing them to hot temperatures.

Q: Can I place my child on Cold Seat™?
A: No! Cold Seat™ is used to keep the car seat, harness, buckles and seat belts cold. Never place a child on the Cold Seat™ itself.

Q: What do I do with Cold Seat™ when it's not in use?
A: To prolong use, store Cold Seat™ in shade, travel bag or below seat when driving.

Q: Is there a need to ever remove the ice packs or can I place the entire seat in the freezer as well?
A: There is no need to remove ice packs at any time, unless one of the ice packs is damaged or the Cold Seat™ needs to be washed.

Q: If I am not satisfied, can I return it?
A: Yes, it may be returned within 90 days of original purchase and replaced with another Cold Seat™.
